West Coast Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, a renowned Italian producer of premium cured meats and specialty food products, we are seeking a highly driven West Coast Sales Manager to lead growth across the Western U.S. market.
Summary:
Location: Remote (West Coast U.S.)
Reports to: Managing Director – U.S.
Industry: Premium Food Products / Specialty Foods / Retail & Foodservice
Travel: Approximately 70% across the Western U.S.
Requirement: Strong existing book of business with distributors and end users strongly preferred

Job Responsibilities:
The West Coast Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our client market presence, managing and growing an established customer portfolio, and driving profitable sales across the Western U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive commercial growth within the assigned territory in alignment with company strategy and GM directives.
Identify and acquire new customers, expanding Levoni’s market share and strengthening the customer portfolio.
Manage, develop, and consolidate relationships with existing clients—distributors, retailers, specialty markets, and foodservice operators.
Analyze customers’ business structures, decision-making processes, trends, and organizational dynamics to anticipate needs and opportunities.
Prepare and implement short/medium-term commercial plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute account management strategies for key domestic customers.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to promote Levoni’s brand.
Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers, offering proactive support and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications and requirements:
7+ years of sales experience in specialty foods, premium food products, or related industries.
Proven ability to manage distributor networks and retail/foodservice end users.
Existing book of business with distributor and end-user accounts strongly preferred.
