It has come to our attention that scammers are impersonating our company to offer fake job opportunities. Please read the information below to protect yourself from recruitment scams.
YER USA - Recruiters
  • Requests for Money
We never request any kind of payment, fees, bank details, or any other personal/sensitive information during the recruitment process. Any message asking for “application fees” or “equipment costs” is a scam.
  • Only Trust Official Email Domains and Professional Channels
All legitimate communication from us will come from an email ending in @yer.com. Be cautious of emails from free services like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail.
  • Communication Through Non-Professional Channels
We only contact candidates through official business channels*. Unsolicited job offers via messaging apps are not from us.
  • Too Good to Be True? It Probably Is
If someone guarantees you a job or promises unusually high pay for little work, it’s likely a scam.
  • Unsolicited Job Offers
If you receive a job offer out of the blue without applying or interviewing, it’s likely fraudulent.
  • Pressure Tactics
Scammers often create a sense of urgency to push you into making quick decisions.
  • Lack of Company Information
If you can’t find any company information online or find it difficult to verify if a company exists, this is a big red sign.

*Communication from YER USA may come from recruiters/consultants, talent sourcers or support professionals. At any time, we will use email, InMails through LinkedIn (or possibly Indeed), phone calls or text messages. If we have not had previous contact, we will always identify ourselves as working for YER USA and explain why we are reaching out: application, interesting profile that matches current job openings, follow-up call after an interview, interview scheduling etc.
We always identify ourselves and if there is mutual interest, we begin the recruitment process. We never send unsolicited job offers period.
