Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of stainless steel electrical enclosures and advanced blast chilling technology. The company designs and manufactures high‑quality, certified stainless-steel enclosures known for durability and hygiene, while also pioneering professional and domestic blast chillers used worldwide.

 

Position Summary

The U.S. Sales Director will lead sales strategy, business development, and customer growth for the company’s stainless steel electrical enclosure product line. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, developing new channel partnerships, and driving revenue growth across industrial, automation, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and OEM markets.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in selling industrial components, or related engineered products, preferably in industrial automation with a proven ability to develop market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy to increase market share for stainless steel electrical enclosures.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets, margin objectives, and territory growth goals.
  • Identify new opportunities in target verticals such as industrial automation, manufacturing, pharma, energy, food & beverage, and harsh‑environment applications.
  • Prospect and onboard new OEM customers and distributors.
  • Expand and optimize the company’s U.S. distribution network.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to influence product positioning and pricing.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication, value demonstration, and solution-based selling.

 

Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Work closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to deliver customer-specific requirements.
  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback for new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging, trade show presence, and lead-generation activities.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in industrial, electrical, or mechanical products and/or components.
  • Proven track record in B2B technical sales, territory management, or channel development.
  • Ability to travel up to 40–60% domestically.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience selling electrical enclosures (NEMA 4X, stainless steel, hygienic enclosures) a plus.
