Senior Key Account Manager

We’re excited to partner with a global enterprise software company that supports large, manufacturing‑driven organizations with highly complex, mission‑critical software solutions.
They’re looking to add an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and play a key role in driving long‑term growth across those relationships.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned seller who enjoys working with complex customers, long‑term relationships, and meaningful deal sizes, and who wants real ownership over their accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage a portfolio of ~5–8 large enterprise customers, primarily within manufacturing and industrial environments
- Drive growth across existing accounts through expansion, renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell
- Lead long, complex sales cycles, working across multiple stakeholders and extended decision processes
- Develop and execute thoughtful account strategies aligned with customer priorities and business goals
- Manage the full commercial process from opportunity development through negotiation and close
- Build trusted relationships with VP‑ and C‑level decision‑makers
- Navigate complex customer organizations with confidence and credibility
- Partner closely with pre‑sales, delivery, product, marketing, legal, and finance teams
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales or key account management
- Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial organizations
- Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Background selling complex enterprise software, such as ERP, PLM, or similarly integrated platforms
- Clear experience carrying a quota and delivering results
- Comfort operating at VP‑ and C‑suite level
- Strong consultative, solution‑oriented sales approach
- Experience owning commercial discussions end‑to‑end, including negotiations and contracts

Location & Travel

- Atlanta, GA or Atlanta Metro

- Occasional international travel may be required
