About the Role

As a Recruiter – Professional Staffing, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding. This role is critical to delivering both exceptional candidate experiences and strong business results.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients and Account Executives to identify top talent and consistently meet or exceed placement goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with Account Executives and clients to understand hiring requirements
  • Match top talent with client opportunities
  • Present and manage shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinate and guide candidates through the full hiring process
  • Extend offers and ensure smooth onboarding and placement transitions
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in the staffing or recruiting industry
  • Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, construction, mobility, energy, or similar sectors
  • Proven track record of 2–3+ monthly placements (>$45/hour roles)
  • Experience negotiating pay rates with candidates
  • Strong local candidate network aligned with professional staffing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify risks and proactively manage potential dealbreakers
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 1 day/week in-office after training)
