Process Manager, SCM & Procure-to-Pay (ERP Transformation)

YER USA is excited to support a global manufacturing organization embarking on a major enterprise transformation and we are seeking a Process Manager, SCM & Procure-to-Pay to play a critical role in the successful implementation of a new ERP platform.

This is a long-term contract opportunity aligned to a large-scale ERP implementation program and is expected to support the project through its lifecycle, currently anticipated to be approximately two-plus years. The successful candidate will be embedded within the ERP project team and will serve as the primary business-facing coordinator for the Procure-to-Pay workstream, helping guide process design, stakeholder alignment, testing, change readiness, and business adoption throughout the transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Procure-to-Pay expertise with ERP implementation experience and enjoys working at the intersection of business operations, technology, and organizational change. Rather than owning the ERP platform itself, this individual will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and implementation partners to ensure business requirements are effectively incorporated into the future-state ERP environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the business lead and primary coordinator for the Procure-to-Pay workstream during a large-scale ERP implementation
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment around future-state processes and system design
• Coordinate business participation in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
• Work closely with implementation partners to ensure business requirements are properly translated into ERP capabilities
• Identify risks, issues, and process gaps while helping guide resolution efforts
• Support business readiness, organizational change management, and user adoption activities
• Help establish standardized, scalable business processes that support long-term operational success
• Coordinate stakeholder input and help drive decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related business functions
• Experience participating in a significant ERP implementation, transformation, or systems modernization project
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes from sourcing and purchasing through receiving, invoicing, and payment
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into practical process and system solutions
• Experience working with business users, IT teams, and external implementation partners
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority

Strongly Preferred

• Infor ERP experience
• Manufacturing or industrial-sector experience
• Experience supporting a full ERP implementation lifecycle
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation experience
• Process mapping and future-state process design experience
• Exposure to organizational change management initiatives
• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, or accounts payable transformations
• Building products, industrial manufacturing, or similarly complex operating environment experience

Location & Travel

• This position is based on-site in downtown Atlanta and is a long-term contract engagement (~2 years).
• Candidates should be able to work regularly from the Atlanta office; this is not a remote position
• Travel will be to different sites within Georgia and will typically average approximately one week per month.
• Travel may increase during major implementation, testing, training, and go-live activities when additional on-site support is required
