About the Position
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s consolidation and IFRS reporting processes while supporting treasury, financing, tax coordination, insurance, and internal control activities. You will work closely with the CFO and finance teams across multiple countries to help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of financial reporting and governance throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional who thrives in an international environment, enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a global business. This role supports multiple facilities across the US and EMEA, and involves regular interaction with senior management, shareholders, investors, auditors, banks, advisors, and external partners. This remotely based position reports directly to the CFO. Occasional travel to various global sites and offices is expected.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation of periodic Group financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Coordinate and support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements across reporting entities
- Manage and continuously improve consolidation systems, reporting tools, and financial processes
- Coordinate the preparation and issuance of the Group Annual Report
- Serve as the finance lead for consolidation systems, reporting processes, and accounting policies
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Group accounting, reporting, and internal control procedures
- Drive improvements to financial governance, compliance, and the Group’s internal control environment
- Review periodic financial statements and balance sheets as part of the closing process
- Maintain and update the Group Accounting Manual and support audit follow-up activities
- Lead foreign currency risk management activities and support treasury policy development
- Coordinate cash management, liquidity planning, financing activities, and debt management
- Manage trade finance activities, including guarantees and letters of credit
- Coordinate tax compliance and reporting activities together with external advisors
- Oversee the Group’s insurance programs and support enterprise risk management initiatives
- Monitor changes in financial reporting requirements, regulations, and accounting standards
- Participate in strategic finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

What We Expect from You
Your Work Experience, Education, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Min. 7 years of experience within international finance, financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, or corporate finance
- Strong expertise in IFRS reporting and consolidation within a multinational environment
- Experience managing treasury activities, liquidity planning, financing structures, and financial risk management
- Solid understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of international tax concepts and experience coordinating with external advisors
- Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, or project-based business environment is preferred
- Experience in a private equity-backed company is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and external partners
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong project management and change management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with ERP platforms and financial consolidation systems
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
