Integris is entering an exciting phase of growth. Over the coming years, the company is expected to double its revenue while evolving from three independently operated sites into an integrated multi-site group, with the potential for further expansion through organic growth and acquisitions. Achieving this ambition will depend on building the right organization, attracting and retaining talent, and establishing scalable people and organizational processes that support sustainable growth.

As HR Director EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Integris’ People & Organization strategy across the region. This is a newly established executive leadership position that creates a single HR owner across the EMEA organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, serve as an active member of the EMEA leadership team, and partner closely with the Global CHRO to ensure alignment with the company’s global people agenda.

This is not a traditional HR leadership role. It is a business-building mandate that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will establish a unified HR operating model across multiple countries and manufacturing sites, enabling the organization to scale effectively while balancing consistency with local labor frameworks and cultural dynamics.

You will be responsible for building the HR capabilities, organizational structures, leadership pipeline, and people processes required to support Integris’ ambitious growth plans. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to recruit at pace, strengthen organizational capability, build scalable HR infrastructure, and position HR as a trusted business partner that directly contributes to business performance.

This remote-based role reports directly to the Managing Director EMEA, with a functional reporting line to the Global CHRO. Up to 25% travel within EMEA and occasional travel to APAC is expected.
