ERP Product Owner, Infor CloudSuite
YER USA is excited to partner with an established global manufacturing organization to identify an experienced ERP Product Owner for a major business and technology transformation.
This is a highly visible, business-facing role for someone who brings strong technical knowledge of Infor LN and Infor CloudSuite, but is ready to move beyond day-to-day configuration into broader product ownership, solution direction, and stakeholder leadership. You will serve as the connection between business users, IT, and the technical resources responsible for configuring and supporting the ERP platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and prioritize the ERP backlog based on business value and operational impact
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Guide configuration and solution decisions using your knowledge of Infor LN and CloudSuite
- Coordinate closely with internal IT teams and external ERP implementation resources
- Champion standard ERP functionality and a clean-core approach
- Validate integrations and cross-system business processes
- Support ERP usability, adoption, data quality, and process improvement
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and AI-enabled capabilities
- Help establish the long-term direction and ongoing support model for the ERP platform
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 6 – 8+ years of progressive ERP experience
- Meaningful technical experience with Infor LN and/or Infor CloudSuite
- Experience participating in a significant ERP implementation, transformation, or cloud migration
- Enough configuration and architecture knowledge to evaluate solutions and challenge technical recommendations
- Proven ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders and translate operational needs into ERP capabilities
- Experience supporting business processes such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, or order-to-cash
- Ability to own a backlog, balance competing priorities, and guide decisions based on business value
- Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Strongly Preferred
- Experience implementing a recent version of Infor LN or Infor CloudSuite
- Manufacturing or industrial-sector experience
- Exposure to make-to-order or similarly complex operating environments
- Experience supporting an organization through significant technology or process change
- Agile or Scrum Product Owner experience
- Exposure to master data management, system integrations, automation, or AI-enabled process improvement
- Experience working with an ERP software provider, professional services organization, or implementation partner

Location & Travel
- This position is based on-site in downtown Atlanta
- Candidates must be able to work from the Atlanta office regularly; this is not a remote or hybrid opportunity
- Travel will primarily be within Georgia and will typically involve approximately two to three nights away from home per month
- Travel may increase during major implementation, testing, or go-live periods when a stronger on-site presence is needed at a company facility
