Position Overview
The Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role in supporting field service operations across North America, Latin America, and Mexico. This position serves as the primary customer contact for service-related coordination, including Field Service Technician (FST) scheduling, service visit planning, logistics coordination, and documentation tracking.
This is a highly organized, customer-facing role ideal for someone with experience in service coordination, technical customer support, or field service administration within a manufacturing, industrial, or capital equipment environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact for field service scheduling and coordination
- Plan and schedule Field Service Technician (FST) visits across multiple regions
- Confirm customer timelines, gather required information, and prepare service punch lists
- Track service parts, documentation, and open action items from prior service visits
- Coordinate and support service tests, installations, and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure all service visits are properly documented
- Collaborate closely with the Service Manager, technical teams, and field personnel
- Ensure service activities are executed efficiently and aligned with customer expectations
Candidate Profile
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service, service coordination, or field service support
- Prior experience scheduling technicians or supporting field service or operations teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing, data entry, and administrative skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting capital equipment, industrial machinery, automation, or manufacturing environments
- Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment or service processes
- Familiarity with field installations, service operations, or technical support workflows
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or service management systems
- Multilingual skills are a plus (especially Spanish or Portuguese)
