Customer & Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics and order management operations across the United States and Central America to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customers’ orders for the U.S. and Central America in close collaboration with our customers.
• Work in collaboration with local suppliers and service providers.
• Organize and support local U.S. operations for other subsidiaries within the Group.
• Monitor operational costs and margins for each logistics operation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar logistics or operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree or university degree in International Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Able to conduct business in Spanish
• Knowledge in U.S. and international transportation regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic international environment.
• Ability to travel to France once a year.

Preferred:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience working in the US and/or international supply chain or transportation environments.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and cross-border transportation processes.
