About the Position

AS CISIO EMEA, you will define and execute Integris’ technology strategy across Europe while ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient IT operations in a highly regulated defense environment. Working closely with global counterparts, you will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP governance, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic oversight and operational responsibility. We expect you to lead a distributed IT organization, manage external partners, and act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovation while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations.

This remotely-based role reports directly to the Managing Director EMEA. Up to 25% of travel to sites and offices in Denmark, the Netherlands, and France is expected.

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Own and develop the overall IT infrastructure strategy across multiple European locations
  • Ensure a resilient and high availability and performance of business-critical systems, networks, and production IT environments
  • Standardize infrastructure architecture, governance, and support models across countries
  • Own and coordinate the cyber security of the systems including cloud strategy, hybrid environments, and modernization of legacy systems
  • Build on, define and execute the cybersecurity strategy aligned with defense sector requirements and regulatory frameworks incl. compliance with given standards such as NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and export control regulators
  • Oversee risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response processes
  • Govern ERP strategy, optimization, and integration with manufacturing quality and supply chain systems
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI use cases across the business
  • Identify and implement scalable digital solutions that support operational efficiency and business growth
  • Lead and develop IT budgets, investments, and vendor relationships while aligning with business strategy

What We Expect from You
Your Work Experience, Education, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field
  • Min. 10 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles within international organizations
  • Strong background in infrastructure management, cybersecurity leadership, ERP governance, and digital transformation
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of network architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems (including Microsoft ecosystem)
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience applying AI and digital technologies in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience leading and developing international, cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with production/OT environments is a big plus
  • Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
