Position Overview

As we continue to accelerate our growth within the staffing market, we are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and scale our Atlanta operation. This role is responsible for full branch performance, combining strategic leadership, revenue ownership, and team development.

The Branch Manager will directly oversee two Team Lead – Sales professionals and one Team Lead – Recruitment, ensuring alignment between business development and delivery functions. This leader will be accountable for driving revenue growth, improving gross margins, and building a high-performance, collaborative culture.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced staffing leader who thrives in a hands-on leadership role while driving both strategic growth and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership & Strategy

  • Own full responsibility for the branch, including revenue, gross margin, and cost management
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan aligned with company objectives
  • Drive expansion of contract and contract-to-hire staffing services
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within engineering and manufacturing sectors
  • Ensure alignment between Sales and Recruitment to deliver high-quality client outcomes

 

Sales Leadership & Business Development
  • Lead and develop 2 Team Lead – Sales, ensuring strong individual and team performance
  • Drive new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Support high-level client engagement, negotiations, and key account strategy
  • Maintain a personal presence in business development and revenue generation
  • Ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
  • Set and monitor sales KPIs, activity metrics, and revenue targets

 

Recruitment Leadership & Delivery
  • Oversee 1 Team Lead – Recruitment to ensure delivery excellence
  • Ensure recruiters are aligned with client requirements and market demands
  • Monitor fill ratios, time-to-fill, and placement quality
  • Drive collaboration between recruitment and sales teams
  • Implement best practices to improve candidate quality and client satisfaction

 

Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, coach, hire and develop a team of team leads and their respective teams
  • Execute on clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability measures
  • Conduct regular leadership meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven, and collaborative culture
  • Identify and address performance gaps with actionable plans

 

Operational Excellence
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales, recruitment metrics, and financial performance
  • Maintain strong CRM usage and data integrity across teams
  • Monitor and improve gross margin performance across accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and staffing regulations
  • Provide regular performance updates and forecasts to senior leadership

 

Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of experience in the Engineering staffing industry
  • Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role (Branch Manager, Division Manager, or similar)
  • Proven success managing both sales and recruitment functions
  • Strong track record of revenue growth and gross margin improvement
  • Experience leading leaders (Team Leads, Managers)
  • Deep expertise in engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and strategic account growth
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong financial and pipeline management experience
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel across the Southeast as needed
