You won’t be assembling ordinary hardware. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a fast-moving defense contractor standing up a brand-new high-volume jet engine manufacturing facility in metro Atlanta — building the small turbojet engines that power next-generation U.S. military UAVs and missile systems. If you want your fingerprints on some of the most advanced propulsion systems in the DoD inventory, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

Assemble, test, inspect, and repair jet engine components and systems. Work directly alongside engineers on diagnostic troubleshooting, procedure improvement, and precision builds. Follow technical manuals and blueprints to exacting standards. Maintain accurate records and operate specialized tooling in a clean, structured manufacturing environment. This is hands-on, high-stakes work — first shift, full-time.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or assembly — or an Associate’s degree in Aerospace Technology, Aviation Maintenance, or related field
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail
  • Must be a U.S. citizen (ITAR-compliant facility)
  • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~10% in year one)

This facility is being built from the ground up. The team is small. The mission is real. The timing is now.
