Position Overview:

 

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in Northern Los Angeles. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting distribution partners. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

 

Objectives:

 

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet order and revenue growth targets within the assigned territory
  • Drive business development while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
  • Support and collaborate with distribution partners through technical training, demonstrations, and shared growth initiatives
  • Maintain strong communication with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Demonstrated success in an outside sales role, ideally within capital equipment or industrial technical sales
  • Experience in dimensional metrology or related manufacturing technology strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory independently, including planning and forecasting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a professional approach to sales, account management, and business development
  • Technical degree or equivalent military/on-the-job technical training required
