Gladskin is transforming from a cluster of locally focused country organizations into a globally integrated company. With this new global focus, we had difficulties finding the right candidate for a global logistics/operations leadership position with deep knowledge of local markets and experience with aligning and integrating local processes and procedures into a global approach.
