About Yvan

Yvan studied Applied Communication (VUB), Corporate Management (VLEKHO), and Marketing Management (EHSAL), all in Brussels.

He spent over 10 years on Wall Street managing a broker/dealer (KBC Securities), selling European equities to U.S. institutions. After that, he worked for more than a decade in fintech, joining and successfully exiting two early-stage SaaS startups focused on consumer credit. In recent years, Yvan has concentrated on data analytics and predictive AI.
His passion is helping European companies succeed in the U.S., now also through talent acquisition.

Born and raised in Brussels, Yvan is married to his German wife (they hold dual citizenship) and is the proud father of two sons with triple nationalities. Both now study, live, and work in the Netherlands. Since arriving in the U.S. in 1999, the family has lived in Westport, CT, where their most visible celebrity neighbor these days is Shonda Rhimes (of Grey’s Anatomy fame).
