About Kenneth
Born and raised in the Netherlands, Kenneth holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an L.L.B in Dutch Law. With over 20 years of experience in international recruitment and executive search, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
After completing his military mission in Cambodia with the Royal Dutch Navy, Kenneth joined a multinational human resource consulting firm, where he held various commercial and leadership positions before relocating to the U.S. in 2005 with an executive board sponsorship.
Kenneth joined YER USA in 2010 as a recruitment consultant. He later worked as an in-house recruitment manager at Backbase, a FinTech software company, and as an HR manager for Foodmate, a capital equipment manufacturer. Before rejoining YER as the Vice President, he had the rare opportunity to be both our candidate and client. This unique experience gives him a deep understanding of the North American labor market, making him a strong recruitment partner.
Outside of work, Kenneth is a family man and enjoys hiking, playing chess and watching a good movie.
