Jan grew up in Germany and moved to the US in 2011. He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia and focuses on supporting European companies in the US and Canada that are seeking to expand and overcome cultural differences by hiring a culturally diverse workforce.
Jan is an experienced business professional with a successful track record in both strategic and operational leadership roles.
Before joining YER as a Director German Desk, Jan worked in the automotive industry in several sales and marketing roles at the retail, wholesale and corporate level.
In his free time, Jan loves spending quality time with his two kids and his dog.
