A native Italian, Ivana has lived in three countries and speaks four languages—Italian, English, Spanish, and French. A U.S. resident since 1996, she has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s in International Human Rights Law. She has been in the global recruitment industry for about 15 years, working with a variety of industries. She joined YER-USA to support Italian and Spanish companies with their recruiting efforts.
Ivana, who lives in Miami, enjoys going to the gym, interesting conversations, and good movies. She is an avid reader of historical fiction novels and biographies, and she writes for Italian publications.
