Helouise was born and raised on the island of Bonaire, a Dutch Island in the Caribbean. She worked for the local Government as the personal assistant to the Commissioner and has years of experience in customer service, office management and executive assistance.
Helouise moved to the US and devoted her time to volunteering as a Translator, singing and acting in musicals, President to the Marietta Band Association and as a mentor for Marietta Mentoring for Leadership. She is fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento.
She is passionate about photography, dancing, reading, working out, art, travel and being a creative artist.
