Gianluca Caragiuli

About Gianluca

Born and raised in Italy, Gianluca studied business administration at the Universita Bocconi. After graduating with an MBA, he worked in Marketing and Sales at Austrian Airlines Italia, where he developed his skills in strategic planning and client relations.

After moving to the U.S. in 2006, Gianluca joined the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Texas as a Trade Officer, developing business relations between Italian and Texan companies.

Prior to joining YER USA, he served as an International Sales Manager at a computer hardware manufacturing company, where he developed sales strategies for leading hardware suppliers in Europe.

With 9 years of recruitment experience, Gianluca enjoys connecting with people and using his analytical orientation to help European companies achieve sustainable success in the North American market.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially playing soccer with his son.
