Erica was born in southern Sweden, and throughout her childhood alternated between living in the U.S. and in Sweden.
Erica joined YER USA as an intern in 2021 after graduating from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Innovation. She is now a full-time Project Manager, working out of YER USA’s DC office where she incorporates both her American and Swedish culture to support European companies in their search for top-quality talent in North America.
In her free time, Erica enjoys playing tennis, painting, and spending time with her friends.
