About Erica
Erica grew up between the U.S. and Sweden and attended the University of the University of Virginia (wahoowa!) where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business.
She is also a certified professional in HR Management from the Swiss School of Business & Management (SSBM). Erica joined YER USA in 2021 as a Marketing and Business Development Intern. After a very short period of time, she transitioned into the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist and placed her first candidate within the first two months. During her first year, she successfully (and proudly) placed 32 candidates.
As a native Swedish, Erica leverages her multicultural perspective to promote the unique Nordic work culture to candidates in the U.S., positively shaping their career paths and effectively supporting company growth.
In her free time, she enjoys staying active, hanging out with family and friends, as well as traveling.
