We begin our custom search process, reaching out to over 120-150 candidates per position.
Our rigorous “state-of-the-art” selection process elevates 15 to 25 candidates to be interviewed by us.
We present you with a short list of three to five candidates per position.
The best candidate is selected and hired usually within eight to ten weeks of beginning the process.
