The challenges faced before working with YER USA
We are a small office and don’t have the time/expertise to recruit quality job candidates. Our experience with online job-postings was overwhelming and yielded candidates that were either not qualified or too expensive. The inflexibility of the online software programs was partially to blame.
On a few occasions, we used professional recruiters to fill key positions. Prior to YER, the results were mixed. On occasion we were pressured by the recruiting firms to accept unacceptable candidates.

- YER presented a short list of candidates quickly and included a summary of the “prescreening” interviews–this was extremely helpful in fine-tuning the profile definition.
- YER worked closely with us prior to the final decision, giving us added perspective of their experience with particular candidates relative to the position. These pros & cons were very helpful.
