About Olivier

Olivier, a native of Lausanne in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electronics engineering as well as an MBA. With over 25 years of international executive management experience, he has built a distinguished career across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

He began as Sales Manager at Hager Group, a leading German provider of electrical distribution solutions, where he established sales strategies for Switzerland and later for various markets in Northeast Asia, including Hong Kong, China, Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.

In 2006, Olivier joined Laureate Education Inc., overseeing teams in Eastern Europe and the Americas with a focus on student enrollment and program expansion.

Relocating to Atlanta, GA in 2008, he founded an international business consulting firm in 2011, assisting European companies with North American market entry. This entrepreneurial experience facilitated his transition to YER-USA in 2013. Leveraging his technical expertise and global perspective, Olivier provides comprehensive recruitment and talent acquisition services to clients across North and South America, focusing on specialized industry sectors.

Summer 2023, Olivier and his family relocated from Atlanta, GA to Weimar, TX.

Outside his professional endeavors, Olivier is a dedicated beekeeper, and enjoys golf, tennis, gastronomy, and wine with family and friends. He is actively involved in his local church and is committed to combating global human trafficking and children exploitation.
