A native German, Katharina advises German companies who are establishing businesses in the U.S., providing top talent to help grow their companies. Fluent in both German and English, Katharina has a master’s degree in Management of Health and Social Institutions from Germany’s Technische Universität Kaiserslautern. Prior to joining YER-USA in 2015, she was an account manager with a German recruiting agency. She also has international experience in the hospitality industry.
An avid runner, Katharina volunteers with “Back on My Feet,” a non-profit organization that helps homeless people. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and her children.
