About Daniel

Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, U.S., Daniel was a two-sport athlete and received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Tennessee Temple University. He brings 6 years of staffing experience within the engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors.

Daniel began his career at Hertz- Rental-Car as a Manager in Training and Sales and quickly worked his way up to a District Manager. After leaving Hertz, he spent the next 4 years of his career with Randstad Engineering as a Recruiter working his way up to a Recruiting Program Director with an emphasis on DE&I and developing new recruiters.

Prior to joining YER HR Solutions, Daniel was a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Kodiak Recruitment and Staffing under the umbrella of the 3rd largest Commercial Construction Company in the U.S., (Comfort Systems USA) managing existing clients and recruiting.

In his spare time, he spends time with his wife Valerie and son Justice. He has a passion for coaching, training, and developing the youth in various sports.
