Job Description
To provide our customers with the best training on our systems, we are looking for a Technical Expert for Reynaers North America. As a Technical Expert, you and your fellow trainers will be responsible for providing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in fabrication, assembly, and software support on our window, door, and curtain wall systems to our customers (partners) and Reynaers employees. You are therefore a true ambassador for Reynaers.
What challenges do we have in store for you?
- During the training courses, you will need to utilize CNC machinery and software to facilitate the training and delivery of information.
- Collaborate in the development of comprehensive course materials, ensuring they are informative and user-friendly. (PowerPoint presentations, manuals, work preparation, etc.).
- Create a diverse digital learning toolset, including videos, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
- You will guide the group during the training in an engaging and interactive way. You will adapt your story according to the group dynamics.
Are you our candidate?
- You are based in either Canada or the USA, and are legally authorized to work in either of these countries without sponsorship.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Do you already have experience as a trainer? Then we look forward to your knowledge!
- Proficiency with CNC machinery and related software.
- You have very strong communication and education skills.
- You are fluent in English and preferably also Spanish or French
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you have a sound knowledge of drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit). Orgadata Logikal would be a big plus!
- Are you willing to make frequent short trips across North America and to HQ in Belgium?
- Furthermore, you are a real team player, and you are only satisfied when your customer is satisfied. They are your top priority.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Experience as a trainer.
- Strong communication and education skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or French as a second language is a plus.
- Proficiency MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expert knowledge of 2D AutoCAD or other drawing software (preferably Orgadata Logikal).
- Willingness to travel frequently domestically (USA and Canada) and a few times a year to Europe
