About this Position

As the Inside Sales Manager North America, you will get the opportunity to execute world-class sales methodology, hire exceptional talent, deliver sales quota, coach and develop an inside sales team and contribute to an excellent working culture. The candidate we are looking for will thrive off managing change, look for new opportunities and drive additional growth across all sales channels including channel partners and end-users. You will lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targets. Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement, inbound sales, product & marketing topics. Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting and training new Inbound Growth Specialists. Develop and executive strategic plans to grow market. This role reports directly to the General Manager North America. Travel up to 15% of the time is expected.

 

Role Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Inside Sales Organization
  • Work collaboratively with commercial, marketing, territory and account management teams to ensure aligned priorities to grow sales and revenue across all products.
  • Work closely with resellers & distribution partners to develop pipeline & conversion rates
  • Drive synergy with global product teams
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources to deliver upon goals
  • Be an Inspirational Leader
  • Provide insights to leaders, peers and others as to the marketing and business development function and strategy, local market and partner trends
  • Manage organizational budgets
  • Provide consistent feedback, coaching and direction to inside sales team regarding performance and goal setting.

 

Your Profile Your Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, marketing or related discipline
  • 7+ years of progressive sales experience including using multiple sales channels in the medical device or IT industries. Experience in the dental industry is considered a plus
  • Experience from marketing roles (considered a plus)
  • 5+ years in a leadership position, incl. managing a sales team
  • Demonstration of strong managerial skills incl. strategic & operational planning, program implementation, budgeting/forecasting, etc.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization (considered a plus)

Compensation: 150-160k plus bonus
