Born and raised in Denmark and in the US since 2014, Camilla has extensive International Executive Search and Recruiting experience from the European Parliament, the World Health Organization, Mercuri Urval and the World Bank Group in Washington DC.
With her background in talent advisory and HR, she is passionate about gaining a deep understanding of her clients’ strategic talent needs to identify the optimal candidates and to take the organization to the next level.
Camilla leverages her master’s degree in organizational psychology, her certification in personality assessments that predict future successful behaviors with a 94% success rate, as well as her experience in identifying key leadership skills for the World Bank Group and their performance management reform. The objective of these projects was to hire and reward candidates who do not only meet the skillsets required but exhibit the right behaviors to excel in the position and bring the organization forward – the ones who truly can make a difference!
Camilla speaks Danish, German, English and Swedish and is excited to be part of the successful YER USA team to support Scandinavian and German companies.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, discovering new beautiful places with her family and friends, and CrossFit.
