Tatiana was born in Bogota, Colombia where she spent most of her childhood before moving to Spain for a few years and then the United States. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology in 2010 and an MBA in 2011. Tatiana became a corporate recruiter following her first Internship in 2010 and she has built her career in recruiting ever since; working in house as well as providing external recruiting services.
Tatiana takes great pride in her relationships with clients and candidates, which allows her to place high caliber candidates in different levels and industries. She joined YER USA in March 2023 as part of the Field Service Desk and in September 2023 she transitioned to Project Manager for the German Desk.
Tatiana enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, and learning about new ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
