About Nieves

Nieves has a strong passion for connecting people with fulfilling careers. Born and raised in Spain, she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, and a master in human resources, laying the foundation for her deep understanding of human potential.

She moved to the U.S. in 2013 and joined Teleperformance where she served as a Recruiting Manager.

Prior to joining YER USA, she also worked at one of the world’s largest human resources providing, a leading human resources firm, and DB Schenker, a global leader in transportation and logistics. With over 13 years of recruitment experience, Nieves focuses on gaining a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of her clients and candidates, and providing dedicated support throughout the entire recruitment process.

In her free time, Nieves enjoys running and taking part in marathons. She also enjoys cooking and getting to know different cultures and cuisines.
