About Lee

Lee graduated in entrepreneurship from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and also holds a bachelor’s degree in business analysis from the University of Central Arkansas.

With over 6 years of recruitment experience, his business analysis degree has taught him to be very analytical in his approach to sourcing and interviewing.

He distinguishes himself from other recruiters by employing a targeted approach, carefully screening candidates to ensure he only contacts those who meet all the requirements. He finds that this method makes the interview and hiring process more efficient for him, the candidates, and the clients.

Prior to joining YER USA, Lee worked as a specialty recruiter at a large global staffing organization, where he specialized in engineering and manufacturing roles, as well as I.T., Accounting, and CSR roles.

Lee is a big car enthusiast and a vigorous supporter of keeping the manual transmission alive in the U.S. In his free time, he enjoys taking his own manual car into the mountains and driving on the curvy mountain roads. He also enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and kayaking.
