“Cori” is an Eastern Kentucky native bridging continents in the recruiting world. Growing up in Appalachia, she ingrained the values of hard work, integrity, and determination from a young age.

She has over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and International Recruiter at YER USA, connecting America’s top talent with leading Scandinavian companies. Through her role, she has gained a deep understanding of Scandinavian culture and excels at translating these to American candidates, showcasing the benefits of working for innovative European companies.

Her approach is driven by her genuine interest in people and a deep understanding of their aspirations, enabling her to match candidates with roles that perfectly align with their skills and career goals. Cori takes great joy in finding the right talent for her clients, ensuring that each hire perfectly fits their team’s needs and culture.

One of Cori’s most memorable achievements at YER USA was working with Kempower, where she had the chance to build their U.S. team from scratch. As the project lead, she guided the team to successfully fill the first 30 critical roles within seven months.

Outside of work, Cori likes to travel and explore new experiences. She also plays basketball and softball with local clubs in Atlanta.
