What You’ll Be Doing
As a Workshop Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the assembly, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration systems and compressors for marine applications. You will work closely with the team to ensure components are meticulously disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled according to strict specifications, ensuring high standards of quality and precision. Your hands-on role will directly contribute to the reliability and efficiency of the equipment we service.
Main Tasks
- Disassemble and clean mechanical components with a high level of attention to detail.
- Assemble components based on technical drawings, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and services, documenting the process with photographs and notes
- Assess and analyze damage to determine the appropriate repair actions.
- Safely prepare components for transport, including packaging and loading using forklifts.

Your Work Experience & Education
- Proven experience in mechanical disassembly, assembly, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and the ability to interpret them accurately.
- Comfortable using office software for documentation and communication.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
