Key responsibilities
- Strategic development & execution: Drive the creation and execution of the sales and customer care strategy, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and operational processes.
Customer retention & relationship building: Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty by fostering strong client relationships and improving the customer experience in collaboration with regional teams.
Operational excellence: Oversee and refine sales and operational processes to support sustainable growth, including tracking KPIs, incentives, and team performance.
Team leadership & development: Organize and structure the sales and customer care teams while coaching and mentoring to maximize performance and professional growth.
Business development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, develop new client relationships, and ensure the company remains a market leader.
Market expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics to position the company as an innovative leader in the U.S. market.
Required skills & abilities

Fluency in Spanish would be a big plus.

Education & experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience in sales leadership roles within fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
A background in operations or service management paired with a strong sales affinity is also possible
