Company Overview:
Air Flow is a global group specializing in gas services that exports worldwide. They specialize in custom equipment and rental solutions for the gas industry, LNG market as well as industrial gas market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales development of Air Flow North America in North and Central America
- Prospecting for new clients via research and networking
- Analyze and create sales quotes
- Negotiate contracts
- Ultimately responsible for the performance indicators of: the number of new clients, revenue from new clients, gross margin
Managing and Retaining existing clients by identifying new needs
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Follow up with all clients for payments, and outstanding issues
- Provide technical advice
- Ultimately responsible for: Client retention rate, Gaining new projects, Respecting payment deadlines
Sales reporting
- Weekly meetings with commercial management on ongoing cases
- Monthly reporting on activity and prospects
- Participation in two annual commercial meetings at the headquarters in France
- Active participation in gathering information about the North American market, its specifics, and new needs
- Performance indicators: Client retention rate, Gaining new projects, Respecting payment deadlines
Management:
- This role will manage two direct reports at the office in the Houston Metro Area
Preferred:
- Spanish-speaking ability will be preferred
Salary Range:
$90K – $110K base salary + Aggressive Commission Structure + Benefits Package
This role is based in the Houston, Texas metro area. There is no visa sponsorship for this role.
