Our Level 2 Technical Support Team needs reinforcement to assist our service providers in their daily operations through phone and digital support. This is a newly created position!
We are seeking a technical pro who is as dedicated to coffee and customer service as we are. If you’re closely familiar with the mechanical, electrical, and digital aspects of automatic espresso machines – this will be an exciting opportunity for you!
Your expert advice, friendly demeanor and prompt decision-making will ensure the service professionals and subsequently Franke’s customers have a positive, efficient, and seamless experience despite the disruption of a technical issue.
You will supervise and coach two team members. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of all Franke products regarding quality and improving the customer experience with Franke.
