About the Role
YER USA is seeking a Technical Service Manager on behalf of our client, a globally recognized leader in innovative industrial solutions. This company is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable products to industries such as automotive, aviation, and advanced manufacturing. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality management, and operational excellence, they are looking for an experienced professional to lead their Customer Claim Management operations.
Key Responsibilities
As the Technical Service Manager, you will:
✔ Oversee and manage customer claims processes from a commercial, technical, and diagnostic perspective, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
✔ Act as the main escalation point for complex service issues, minimizing risk while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
✔ Lead and develop a high-performing service team, providing training, performance evaluations, and ongoing mentorship.
✔ Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing customer claim trends and enhancing processes to optimize efficiency.
✔ Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
✔ Work closely with internal teams (Quality, Operations, Legal, and Finance) to streamline service operations and drive cross-functional collaboration.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For
🔹 Education & Experience:
- Technical or commercial vocational training.
- Strong background in quality management and customer claims handling.
- Experience in the automotive or aviation industry is a plus.
- Prior leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing teams.

✔ Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
✔ Strong communication skills and experience handling customer escalations.

Work Environment & Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a production floor.
- Occasional lifting of 50–70 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
