Store Manager

Brief:

Reporting to the US Retail and Wholesale Director your role is to manage the company’s retail center in New York, to drive its profitability, enhance the consumer experience in-store, and empower the retail team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the Retail Operations and the organization of events
  • Guide, train, and motivate the Shop’s staff
  • Meet sales objectives assigned yearly
  • Lead generation: working in partnership with the Showroom to achieve common goals.
  • Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
  • Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  • Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
  • In-store the promotional calendar for e-commerce and digital partners.

Key Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail environment preferably managing high-end boutiques.
  • Passion for Design.
  • Global vision & understanding of the retail network.
  • Ability to adeptly prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects.
  • Work well with others as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills and being an enthusiastic person.
  • Good people management expertise.
  • Expertise with the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Italian a plus)

Compensation range: $110k-135K USD
