Service Quality Manager

Service Quality Manager Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure quality standards (ISO, OSHA)
  • Lead and coach existing team of 7 repair technicians in the plant
  • Coordinate customer escalations and repair requests
  • Investigate inventory and shipping issues using the ERP system
  • Conduct product failure analysis and collaborate with German HQ
  • Collaborate with plant leadership and other departments to ensure processing of warranty claims
  • Occasional customer site visits for escalated troubleshooting and repairs
  • Report directly to the Managing Director

Service Quality Manager Qualifications:

  • BS in industry-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience leading and developing teams
  • Experience with customer escalations
  • Experience implementing ISO 9000
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Willingness to travel internationally in North American and to Europe
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
