Key Responsibilities
- Lead OMRT’s existing client projects from kickoff to successful delivery, ensuring outcomes that improve commercial and design performance.
- Proactively manage scope, risks, and expectations to ensure projects remain commercially sound and aligned with client objectives.
- Translate parametric and technical outputs into clear commercial insights that developers and investment managers can act on.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and serve as their strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to expand OMRT’s footprint within existing accounts and help grow the Canadian client pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to create a seamless, high‑quality client experience.
- Provide structured feedback from client engagements to improve OMRT’s technology and influence product evolution.
- Take a leadership role in laying the foundation for a future project management team, helping mentor and guide new hires over time.
Qualifications
- You bring 8–15 years of commercial real estate development experience, with a strong understanding of feasibility, margins, risk, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Experience in prop tech, software delivery, consulting, or complex project management is an asset that will help you thrive at the intersection of real estate and technology.
- You’re confident working with senior clients and excel at translating technical or analytical inputs into clear, actionable business decisions.
- You are naturally curious and driven to learn, keen to grow your expertise across technology, parametric design intelligence, data, and AI.
- You operate with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’re a self‑starter who sees opportunities early and takes ownership to act on them.
- You thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments, taking initiative without needing perfect information.

Compensation & Work Environment
- Full‑time position
- The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- Travel to Amsterdam HQ for onboarding and training
