Senior Project Manager

As an Itineris Sr Project Manager


  • You will be responsible for on-time, within budget delivery of Customer Information System/ ERP implementation projects within an 18 – 24 months’ time frame for utilities clients in North America
  •  Planning and managing the project scope and resources with a project team of 15 – 20 people
  •  Ensuring successful completion of deliverable and acceptance sign-off from the client approves
  •  Managing project financials and contractual terms and conditions.
  •  Preparing monthly financial forecast and weekly progress reports
  •  Ensuring adherence to project methodology in conjunction with PMO
  •  Managing direct reports on project(s)
  •  Mentoring Junior reports
  •  Providing ad hoc status reports to the PMO and the Senior Management Team
  •  Coordinating project transition to Service Delivery Manager prior to the ‘go-live.’
  •  Supporting pre-sales and service contract procurement

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience with ERP project implementations (Oracle / SAP / MS Dynamics 365)
  •  Proven success in engaging with client stakeholders and C-levels to support the business objectives of Itineris
  •  Expertise in estimating scope, resources and timeline and preparing detailed project plan
  •  Expertise in managing project activities and engaging with stakeholders
  •  Expertise with project life cycle methodologies
  •  Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  •  Strong working experience and knowledge of full life-cycle commercial software delivery
  •  Critical thinker, someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, solid business acumen
  •  Vigilant of changing priorities and able to ‘switch gears’ amid changing project needs
  •  Uses experience to anticipate and ‘head off’ problems
  •  Both, a great team player and an effective manager
  •  Experience with building and managing client relationship across the entire organization
  •  Exceptional interpersonal skills; mature, positive and can work well in a diverse environment
  •  Strong communication skills
  •  Willing to travel up to 75%
  •  Bachelors degree or equivalent
