About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager drives growth by strengthening OEM relationships, engaging dealers, and representing the brand across the U.S. cycling industry. This is a technical, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who lives and breathes mountain biking or e-bikes and enjoys traveling, meeting customers, and influencing future product platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for OEM and dealer partners
- Build strong relationships with engineering, product management, and purchasing teams
- Provide technical product support and communicate component performance clearly
- Strengthen dealer engagement and support market demand for biking components
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
- Represent the company at major events such as Sea Otter
- Collaborate with teams in the U.S., Germany, and Taiwan on sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet defined performance metrics
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience, ideally with OEMs or within the bicycle industry
- Strong technical understanding of bicycles and component interaction
- Genuine passion for mountain biking or e-bikes; willingness to ride with customers is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Ability to translate technical features into compelling value for customers
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with national travel and occasional international trips
