Position Overview
BINDER Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Specialist to oversee the New England territory. This individual will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Regional Sales Specialist will also support the company’s strategic goals by meeting sales targets, preparing forecasts, and driving market share growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and direct customers to drive business growth.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities while expanding the current customer base.
- Provide insights to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct product demonstrations and recommend solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Represent the company at tradeshows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver formal presentations to key accounts and customers for proposed projects.
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide support to achieve company goals.
- Travel domestically within the New England region (50–70% of the workweek).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP and HubSpot is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
