About the Position

As Regional Sales Manager for the AL, TN, KY, SC, NC, and MS markets, you’ll be responsible for growing sales in one of its key territories by selling their solutions to steel and aluminium mills. The right person for this role will be proactive, goal-oriented, and business savvy, striving to be the best they can be. We expect you to be a master at building relationships and enjoy being out in the field, connecting with key decision-makers, and selling some of the best packaging solutions in the world. Boots on the ground are the key to success in this position, and you need to be comfortable with traveling up to 70%. This role is remotely based and reports to the General Manager. Your responsibilities include:

  • Become an expert on Lamiflex’ solutions and product lines and the value proposition to its customers.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities in your territory.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Team members in North America and with European colleagues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities within the territory.
  • Travel of up to 70%

 

What We Expect from You

Your Work Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of proven B2B sales experience as a Territory/Area Manager/Sales Representative
  • Experience in selling solutions or products to heavy industries, ideally to steel and aluminium mills.
  • Sound negotiation and consultative sales experience.
  • Comfortable with technology & proficient in MS Office 365 Suite and CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
