Regional Sales Manager (South East) – Healthcare IT

Job Description:

The North America branch is looking for autonomous sales managers with demonstrated ability to develop the right arguments, identify influencers and decision makers, approach and convince them effectively, and lock customers. Selling complex solutions, individually tailored to the needs and constraints of each customer, our sales managers must have the ability to discuss and demonstrate ROI, to be attentive to customer’s needs and flexible in identifying ways to leverage our solutions to address these needs.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Present, promote and sell company’s solutions to diverse customers across the USA and Canada
  • Operate autonomously and independently, employing a “can do” approach, while proactively seeking support when needed
  • Perform customer-specific needs-analysis and cost-benefit for prospective customers, including ROI analysis
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships, including post-sale and up-sell activities
  • Generate leads and reach out to prospective customer both through existing connections and networks, cold calls
  • Achieve predefines quarterly and yearly sales targets and outcomes
  • Coordinate sales effort with technical support functions, other sales team members and other departments
  • Analyze market potential in designated territory, track sales and generate status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Skills requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Successful record as sales manager of at least 5 years
  • Significant experience working in the healthcare industry, and viable connections in hospitals
  • Extensive and demonstrated experience selling complex solutions (vs. pure products) in the healthcare industry
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Able to work independently while reporting to management
  • Proven customer management capabilities, including basic project management
  • Excellent communication, selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills, with an ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Experience in P&L management and in writing proposals
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences, including c-level managers
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, international organization
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including some international travel
  • Experience with CRM practices. Ability to track and manage sales cycle using a CRM tool
