Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within his/her territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation sales, with a focus on fluid power, and a proven track record of success. This position reports directly to the US General Manager and requires the ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel to the European HQ.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customers with comprehensive solutions that meet their automation needs.
  • Work closely with the US General Manager and the European headquarters to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Utilize SAP CRM system to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitive developments.

 

Profile

  • 8-10 years of experience in industrial automation sales, with a focus on fluid power is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Not a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar sales role within the industrial automation industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory, as well as occasional international travel to the EU HQ.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems, SAP CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
