Regional Sales Manager DACH

ILT Education - Remote (Germany)

In the role as Regional Sales Manager for ILT Education in Germany, you will sell the company’s flagship products directly to preschools and schools and be responsible for achieving company goals by independently and proactively closing new business. You will work from your home office and report to the Head of Sales DACH.


KEY responsibilities

  • Identify and contact new leads and build a client database
  • Contact prospective clients through a variety of mediums, including emailing, phoning, reaching out on social media or meeting in person
  • Communicate with existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
  • Keep on top of administration tasks – such as updating CRM systems.
  • Document sales activities, prepare accurate reports, forecasts and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue
  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing and Product teams to engage audiences and clients at a deeper level
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets


Candidate profile

  • A dedicated Sales professional with a proven track record
  • Previous experience from the school system, both kindergarten and elementary school
  • Result-orientation and a high level of activity
  • A team player who is happy to share experience and knowledge
  • A person who enjoys being “on the go” with customers when needed and feel comfortable having customer meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • High motivation with a genuine drive to succeed
  • A person who is willing and happy to travel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets
  • Knowledge about Edtech (meritorious but not demanded)
  • Fluency in German and English
